The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed at least one similar single work or received payment against ongoing similar work for a minimum value of 35% of the advertised tender value in the qualifying period, which includes the current year and three previous financial years. The similar work refers to experience in carrying out mechanized cleaning services in reputed industrial houses. The completed service contract should have a payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The bidder must submit details of work executed, including the nature and scope of the contract, actual completion cost, and actual date of completion. The bidder needs to submit a document regarding the number of years in operations, which can be proven by submitting a company establishment certificate, work order copy, agreement copy, or completion certificate. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a document regarding workforce details, which includes EPFO challan or bank account statement in support of available manpower for the previous four quarters preceding the date of opening of the bid. The bidder should also have an aggregate financial turnover of not less than 1.5 times the advertised bid value during the last three previous financial years and in the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender. The value of similar works completed is at least 35% of the advertised tender value, and the amount should be proven by payment of bills. The annual turnover of the bidder's company should be Rs 500 crore and above for the certificate of work experience to be accepted from their Head office.
