The required prior work experience for the bidder is satisfactorily completing one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year. The similar service contract refers to manning and housekeeping work in Railways/Central Govt./State Govt./Their PSU. The bidder should have completed or received payment for a certain percentage of the advertised value of the bid, with scoring based on the following: - 100 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for more than 80% of the advertised value of the bid for one project, or more than 50% for two projects, or more than 40% for three or more projects. - 50 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for more than 50% of the advertised value of the bid for one project, or more than 40% for two projects. - 20 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for more than 40% of the advertised value of the bid for one project. - 0 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for less than 40% of the advertised value of the bid. A deduction will be made for percentage penalties imposed in the respective contract, with no reduction for penalties less than 5%, and contracts with penalties more than 20% of the contract value will not be considered for scoring. The weightage given for previous work done is 20%, but the evaluation is based on the documents submitted by the bidder, and the minimum qualifying marks to be scored by the bidder shall be 30% on aggregate.
