Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for SUPPLY OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET, CONTROL PANNEL BOARD, FLAT CABLE & ARMOURED CABLE RUBBER MAT,LOWERING OF PUMP & MOTOR ETC. as per detailed scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work in Section-5 & in Annexure - E (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for MS /GI Work ( both Head Works Site & Distribution Site) as per detailed scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work in Section-5 & in Annexure - F (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Treatment Unit as per detailed scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work in Section-5 & in Annexure - G (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Distribution System etc. as per detailed scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work in Section-5 & in Annexure - H (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Construction of 1,50,000 Ltr Capacity RCC ESR with 15 mtr staging with RCC Stair Case - Supplying of all labour,T&P,material for soil testing , design, drawing , construction, errection, testing & commissioning of 150,000 ltrs capacity with 15 mtr staging RCC elevated storage reservoir including supply & fixing of 150mm GI Pipe for in-let & 100mm GI pipe for out-let, over flow & washing line of required length, supply & fixing of 100mm dia sluice valve-3 nos,150 mm dia SV-1No,150mm NRV-1 no.with construction of valve chamber-4 nos(For 80mm to 200mm dia SV/NRV),providing RCC stair case from bottom to top, 32mm dia G.I hand rail in stair case, around dome and landing etc. and stainless steel ladder inside & Alluminium ladder out-side of the ESR, lightening arrester confirming to IS specification, digital water level indicator, 4 Nos of required dia CI puddle collar, 0.6 m dia CI manhole cover at dome of two nos , RCC vent with M.S. jally, M.S. Ventilator, M.S. door with painting, M.S Window with painting etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. (The contractor shall execute the work after preparing the design and detail drawing in 5 sets from qualified engineer and to approve all structural design & drawing from State Technical Agency(STA) IGIT, Saranga/ CET, BBSR/ VSSUI, Burla/ NIT, Rourkela/ IIT, BBSR at his own cost). as specified in Annexure - I (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Annual maintainance cost for 5 calender years from the completion date of defective liability period (1%) - The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department . The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section-5 Annexure-J
