The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. For example, if the estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 40.00 lakhs, the bidder should have executed similar work worth 75% of Rs. 40.00 lakhs, which is Rs. 30.00 lakhs. Similarly, for other estimated costs, the bidder should have executed similar work worth 75% of the estimated cost, such as Rs. 2.25 crores for an estimated cost of Rs.3.00 crores and Rs. 7.50 crores for an estimated cost of Rs.10.00 crores. The bidder should also have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering Works, with a list of similar works completed, including the value of such works.
