The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. The intending tenderer(s) should have the total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3(three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically in civil engineering construction work. The bidder must have completed a certain amount of work in the last five years, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The bidder must also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, with a statement showing the value of these works. The bidder must have executed projects similar in nature to the work being tendered, with a list of such projects provided in a specific format (Format-1). The bidder's rate quoted should not be less than 15% of the amount put to tender, and for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Category Contractors, a 10% price preference is applicable, with a rate quoted not less than 14.99% less than the estimated cost after availing this preference. The values of Civil Engineering Works executed by the Bidder during the last 5 years are as follows: - Year 1: FY: 2019-20 - 1.61 lakhs - Year 2: FY: 2020-21 - 1.46 lakhs - Year 3: FY: 2021-22 - 1.33 lakhs - Year 4: FY: 2022-23 - 1.21 lakhs - Year 5: FY: 2023-24 - 1.10 lakhs Information on prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned in Format-II (Work in hand). The bidder needs to provide details of works for which bids have been finalized in their favor and works that are yet to be completed. The required information includes: - Name of work - Place and State - Contract No and Commencement Date - Stipulated date of completion (where applicable) - Name and Address of employer - Value of contract (Rs.in lakhs) - Actual date of completion - Value of work already executed (Rs in lakhs) - Value of works remaining to be completed (Rs.in lakhs) Similar nature of works executed certified by concerned Superintending/Executive Engineer is required. The bidder needs to upload scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works, work in hand, and machineries owned or possessed. Annual Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant for last five financial years with break up of Civil works & total works for each financial year is also required. Details of works of similar type & magnitude carried out by the tenderer are required in Format-I. The bidder must also have a minimum annual turnover, which is to be furnished in a schedule, as per the eligibility criteria. The cost of tender paper is `Rs.10,000.00 (Online), and the Earnest Money Deposit/ Bid Security is at the rate of 1% of the estimated cost put to tender.
