The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is up to "B" Class.

The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A * N * 2) - B Where: A = Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the current price level) B = Value of current price level of the existing commitments & ongoing works to be completed during the next years (period of completion of works for which bids are invited) N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited. Additionally, the bid capacity required includes: - Financial capacity to provide 1% of the estimated cost as Earnest Money Deposit/Bid Security. - Ability to furnish Additional Performance Security based on the difference between the bid amount and the estimated cost, with specific percentages for differences below 5%, between 5% and 10%, and above 10%. - Meeting the minimum annual turnover requirement as per the eligibility criteria. - Having relevant work experience in projects similar to the one being tendered. Formulas for calculating specific components of the bid capacity required are: 1. EMD/ Bid Security = 1% of estimated cost 2. Initial Security Deposit = 2% of accepted tender value 3. Additional Performance Security = Estimated cost - Quoted amount, with specific conditions for differences below 5%, between 5% and 10%, and above 10%.
