Cleaning the existing granular vase surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick using 0.27 cum composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crusher stone chips using pentration grade of bitumen of grade VG-30 (60/70) of 14.60 kg per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with 80-100 KN roller inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type B using 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size chips as per sieve analysis for sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using penetration grade of bitumen of 6.80 kg per 10 sqm and rolled with smooth wheeled power roller, bitumen mixure, tar boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc complete and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil and depositing the material with in initial lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling with all labour, T&P, taxes and cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mannualy with sand in regular layers not exceeding 150mm thick including all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Cement concrete of M15 Grade in foundation & plinth with 20 mm and down graded size crusher broken hard granite broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge a) In Foundation

In Sub structure

Providing RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded.sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works) Raft

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ plain/reinforced concrete abuttments, wing walls/return walls with 100mm dia A.C pipe etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Cement washing two coats with 1st mark cement paint of approved quality to exterior surface of box cell including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per MORD techincal specification Clause 1915 with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with 40mm metal providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Back filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including dressing, leveling, watering and compacting etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete with all cost, taxes, cess etc complete as directed by the E.I.C
