Construction of embankment with approaved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification claus etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approaved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, Levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment ,scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embanckment counstruction as per technical Specification Clause 301.4.1. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular Sub Base Grading III material as per table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with moto grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of Mo SRT&H specifications ...etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Filling moorum on road berms including cost conveyance of all materials,royalty & all labour charges etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer - In charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and sparying primer at the rate of 0.7-1.0 kg/sqm as per Technical Specification Clause 502. etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion sprayer at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg/sqm on prepared bituminous surface properly cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 grade of Bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydroustatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge work etc.complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc.complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement of thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.panels are to be made by cutting grooves of 3 to 5 mm thick and 25 to 30 mm deep in CC Slab. The grooves are to be filled with VG-30 Bitumen with a spray of fine sand at top.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.etc.complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing.Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm . The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm x of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M--15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm ,600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2l as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M15 grade kilometer stone / local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1703. etc.complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete pipe NP 3 for culverts on first class prepared bedding fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but exculding excavation ,protection works ,backfilling concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 of MORD including cost,conveyance and taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. of design mix of M-250 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength / target mean strength of 250kg / cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150mm cubes at 28 days curring after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/ IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC-21-1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowerring & laying cocrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves whereever necessary including cost, conveyance royaltities etc.complete as per specification the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonary / stone masonary/plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wingwall , return wall with 100mm dia. Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing less than 25 kg laid dry complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
