Thick with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope & level including curring, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and all other materials required for the work & all other materials for the work, T&P articles, finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specification & direction of the E-I-C providing grooves & all beads where necessary etc., complete in all respect.

Supplying, Providing & laying Plain cement concrete M-35 grade (cast-in-situ) in nominal mix below pile cap with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as levelling course as per drawing and technical specification section 1000, 1500 & 2100 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (5th revision) as directed by Engineer in charge

R.C.C. of M-30 of controlled quality having minimum cube strength of 250kg./sqcm. On 150mm. Cube at 28 days with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm. Size consistent with strength & cover of concrete of approved quality from approved quarry of IRC grading using minimum quantity of cement as per clause 303.5 of IRC-21-1987 & IS-456-1987 including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers to the required thickness not exceeding 15cm. in thick & compacting each layer by means of vibrator as per direction of the Eingineer-in-charge including watering & curring & steel shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where necessary with working of pumps & other T&P machinaries as may be required for the work including cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes etc., of all materials required for the work complete in all respect including cost of all labour excluding cost conveyance of MS/TS rods labour for straightening, cutting, bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & approved drawing.

RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded.sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Railing

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge (as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of neoprenen bearing

Providing, fitting and fixing Strip seal expansion joint board with sealing the top with sealing compounds including cost of all materials.

Providing and fixing Drainage spout as per approved design including cost of all labour, cost of all materials,T&P required for the work etc. complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing weep hole in plan / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / retaining wall with 100mm dia A.C. Pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Backfilling in Foundation Trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1108 and 305.3.9 of MoRD

Painting two course with approve synthetic enemel paint

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Clearing and grubbing road land including rank vegitation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening of the ground up to a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level , watered , graded & compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction & clause 305 of MORTH specification of Road & Bridge works ( 4th Revision )

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all liifts and leads, transporting to the site by 5 extra lead means , spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (04th Revision)

Construction of Granular Sub Base Gr - III by providing well graded material, stone dust spereading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification clause 401 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of following size Water Bound Macadam specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of gravel and sand as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying sub-base (With Moorum) in shoulders in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compaction to the required density in O.M.C. with PRR including cost and conveyance, royality and taxes of sub-base materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)

Collecting, Supplying and laying of 20 mm thick Pre Mix Carpet including Labour using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg.penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR , bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T & P articles etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying 6mm thick Precoated Seal coat type B using 0.06cum of 06 mm size and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80kg of bitumen per 10sqm and applying tack coat 2kg of bitumen for 10sqm including hire and running charges of P.R.R. Hot mix plant tar boiler, cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from stracks and holes including cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
