The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of existing commitments and work-in-hand, annual turnover, and the value of civil engineering works executed during the last 5 years. The bidder must provide information on their experience, including the value of civil engineering works executed for each of the last 5 years, escalation factor, and updated value. The value of civil engineering works executed for each of the last 5 years should be provided in Rs. lakhs, along with the escalation factor and updated value for each year. Additionally, the bidder must provide details of similar works completed, including project name, employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, and year-wise value of work done. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years, excluding the current financial year. The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works should be an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years, excluding the current financial year. The bidder must also secure 80% marks in aggregate to qualify. The calculation of available bid capacity is based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, considering a 10% rate of inflation per year.
