The bidder is required to provide information on their prior work experience, including the value of civil engineering works executed during the last 5 years. The bidder must have prior work experience with a minimum value of works executed in any one year, which will be updated to the current price level with a 10% per year escalation factor. The bidder should have prior work experience in executing projects similar to the work being tendered. The bidder must demonstrate having Bid Capacity sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. To qualify, the bidder must have completed works similar in nature to the work being tendered, with a minimum annual turnover to be furnished in Schedule – H. The available bid capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of works executed in any one year (As reported in Schedule – H and certified by Chartered Accountant) during the last five years. B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the time period stipulated in the contract data. N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited as mentioned in contract data. The bidder must secure 80% marks in aggregate to qualify. Values mentioned include: - Rs. 1.61 lakhs (Year 2: FY 2019-20) - Rs. 1.46 lakhs (Year 3: FY 2020-21) - Rs. 1.33 lakhs (Year 4: FY 2021-22) - Rs. 1.21 lakhs (Year 5: FY 2022-23) - Rs. 1.10 lakhs (Year 5: FY 2023-24) - 10% per year escalation factor - 80% marks in aggregate to qualify No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder must demonstrate sufficient bid capacity to meet the qualifying criteria.
