The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar nature of work with 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together, starting from 2019-20 to 2023-24, excluding the current financial year 2024-25. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years. Additionally, the bidder's annual turnover should be at least 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender. The total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years, starting from 2018-19 to 2022-23, excluding the current financial year. The bidder should also have a required bid capacity that is more than the estimated cost of the work. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 75% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the value of similar works completed should be at least 75% of the estimated cost put to tender. A certificate from an officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer or equivalent is required to confirm the work experience. The work experience should be for a contract that is similar in nature to the current work, and for contracts completed during any three of the last preceding five financial years.
