The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing or substantially completing similar works in the last 7 years prior to the last stipulated date for submission of the bid. For works in Normal Areas, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of minimum value, or at least two similar works each of minimum value, or at least three similar works each of minimum value. For works in Difficult Areas, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of minimum value of Rs. 2,79,47,542.00 OR at least two similar works each of minimum value of Rs. 1,74,67,214.00. In case of a Joint Venture, each partner should have satisfactorily completed in their own name or proportionate share as a member of a Joint Venture, at least one similar work of minimum value of 10% of the Estimated cost of work during the last 7 years prior to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bid. Given the estimated cost is ₹ 6,95,70,853.33, the minimum value of similar work completed should be 10% of this amount, which equals ₹ 69,57,085.33. The bidder should also have executed at least one of the Key Activities, such as Earthwork in Cutting in formation – 1300 Cum, or Track Linking work – 1.2 TKM. Additionally, if the bidder wishes to rely on a work completed abroad, the value of such completed work in foreign convertible currency shall be converted into Indian Rupees, and the bidder should have also completed at least one Similar work of value minimum 25% of estimated cost of work, in India in the last seven years prior to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids. A weightage of 7% (compounded annually from the date of completion of the work to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids) shall be given for equating the value of works to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids. For substantially completed works, the percentage of work completed should be 90% or more of the present contract value, and functional completion of the project should have been achieved. The value of a completed work done by a member in an earlier Joint Venture will be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that Joint Venture. A weightage of 7% (compounded annually) will be given for equating the value of key activity to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bids. Each partner should have satisfactorily completed in his own name or proportionate share as a member of a Joint Venture, at least one similar work of minimum value of 10% of the Estimated cost of work during the last 7 years prior to the last stipulated date for submission of the Bid. The bidder should have executed at least one of the Key Activities mentioned under Construction Experience in Key Activities. The required prior work experience includes Similar Work Experience, with specific details such as the value and percentage of similar works completed, including values like amount and percentage, as mentioned above.
