The amount of similar works completed should be at least one of the following: - Three works, each of Rs. 49,36,647/- - Two works, each of Rs. 61,70,808/- - One work of Rs. 98,73,293.00 The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50 percent of it being from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works, in any of the last five years. For Start-ups and Sub-contractors, the requirements regarding General Construction Experience and Particular construction Experience may not be insisted upon for repair works estimated to cost up to Rs. 30 lakhs, provided they fulfill other criteria. The experience certificate should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have an average annualized financial turnover of Rs. 43,68,933 on construction works during the last three years. The bidder should also have a minimum net worth of Rs. 18,51,243.00, issued by certified Chartered Accountants. Substantial completion is based on 80 percent of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. However, substantial completion should not be defined in terms of percentage completion, rather it should be based on functional consideration. The client certificate for experience should contain two parts: Part - I shall contain the 'financial value of work done' and Part- II shall contain 'certificate of functional completion of project/work/asset'. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 49,36,647/- (Excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs. 61,70,808/- (Excluding GST) or one work of Rs. 98,73,293.00 (Excluding GST) in single contract of similar nature of work i.e. Civil Engineering Buildings work during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. For works completed pre-GST era, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes and make it at par with experience certificates of post GST era but excluding GST.
