The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Construction Works, specifically in similar works executed during the last 5 years. The details of the prior work experience are to be provided in Schedule-D. The required prior work experience includes the submission of performance certificates for satisfactory performance from appropriate authorities. Weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. The bidder should have an annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 323.18 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost including GST) in any one year in Civil Construction Works during the last 5 years. Weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. The value of completed works will be considered, and completion certificates given by the authorities for any one financial year shall be considered. In case the value of works executed in any one financial year is not available in the certificates, the same shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The multiplying factors for the costs of works executed and the financial figures to a common base value are: - Year before one: 1.10 - Year before two: 1.21 - Year before three: 1.33 - Year before four: 1.46 - Year before five: 1.61 The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, B = Value of current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited, which is 1.0. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's experience and resources are evaluated based on their past work performance, and the value of completed works is considered in the calculation of the available bid capacity. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works executed during the last 5 years, including details such as the name of the work/location, agreement number and date, name of the employer, value of the contract price (excluding GST), total value of work executed (including GST), and financial year-wise computed amount (including GST). The approximate value of existing commitment and ongoing works should also be provided.
