The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the execution of similar nature of works, with a minimum value of 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 675.17 Lakhs, and the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 75% of this amount, which translates to a minimum value of Rs. 506.38 Lakhs. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender. Assuming an equal annual payment, the annual payment would be approximately Rs. 450.11 Lakhs, and the minimum annual turnover requirement would be @200% of this amount, which is Rs. 900.22 Lakhs. The total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. The Required Bid Capacity is to be more than the Estimated cost of the work. The bidder should have completed at least an amount equal to the estimated cost of the work put to tender, with @200% of annual payment of the work put to tender. The percentage of similar works completed is 75%, and the value is the estimated cost put to tender. The average annual turnover during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years, excluding the current financial year, should be at least the amount put to tender. The bidder should also provide a list of projects executed that are similar in nature to the work and furnish minimum annual turnover. For tenders with a value of up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no qualifying criteria for prior work experience, except for certain clauses. However, for tenders with a value of more than Rs. 5.00 crores, the bidder must have completed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost. In case of a Joint Venture, the execution of similar nature of works will be applied for the work executed by each partner taken together, being a minimum of 75% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also submit an experience certificate and an affidavit about the authentication of bid documents. An applicant or any of its constituent partners of whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification. The bidder's bid is also required to be valid for a period as specified in the Contract Data after the deadline date for submission of bids.
