Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of following size Water Bound Macadam specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of gravel and sand as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick using 0.27 cum composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crusher stone chips using pentration grade of bitumen of grade VG-30 (60/70) of 14.60 kg per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with 80-100 KN roller inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type B using 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size chips as per sieve analysis for sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using penetration grade of bitumen of 6.80 kg per 10 sqm and rolled with smooth wheeled power roller, bitumen mixure, tar boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc complete and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Excavation of roadway in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with all leads and lifts, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for foundtion of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches excavated suitable material.

Providing and filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete PCC Grade M15 in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications including hosting and laying, well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement Concrete PCC Grade M15 in Substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications including hosting and laying, well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC of design mix of M-250 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification as per Clause 1200,1204.3.8 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular material including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting , fixing strip seal expansion joint confirming to ISI specification including all cost , carriage , taxes etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying tar papers of approved quality confirming to ISI specification above pier & abutment caps to receive concreting for slab casting including all cost , carriage & taxes etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.
