Filling of saline sand to the required level & slope including transporting within a lead of 5 Km. (avg.) by private vehicles with covering at the top to prevent blowing out of sand including loading at one end & unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by smooth wheeled vibratory road roller 8 Ton to 10 Ton capacity with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments etc. complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, supplying and transportation of granite stone Quarry Dust and spreading the same on the compacted sand layer, levelling, watering & compacting by smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller of 8Ton to 10Ton capacity with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, water charges, etc. complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of size 45mm to 90 mm of approved quality, laying on the existing road profile to the required slope in layers, filling the interstices with quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR as approved for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, watering, all testing, Port entry fees, taxes etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-II of size 45 mm to 63mm metal of approved quality,laying over the compacted Gr.-I surface to required slope in layers & filling the interstices with quarry dust as per specification, compacting by VRR as approved for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, watering, all testing, Port entry fees, taxes etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse aggregate : 6 hard granite graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Dry Lean Cement Concrete, mixing in Batching Plant/ Mixer Machine including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying in layers over compacted Gr-II surface, compacting with smooth wheeled vibratory road roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton capacity Static weight, finished smooth to the exposed surface, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, taxes etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation memebrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer In Chrage. N.B:-No payment will be made for overlapping.

Providing, rigid, smooth, leakproof, centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/ steel shutters for R.C.C works, dismantling the same after necessary stripping period, painting with coaltar/ lubricants over the ply/steel surface after each use including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, gate entry fees, transportation, staging etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to IS- Specifications of TATA/ SAIL/ RINL brands including straightening, cutting, bending,binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportion, T&P, Tollage, gate entry fees, taxes etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (No Wastage shall be paid) N.B- Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786.

Cement Concrete of M-30 grade (Using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by tranist mixer, hoisting, laying in panels of required size for road slab (PQC), providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator of approved capacity, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, port entry fees, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges of construction materials, calibration test of batching plant, compressive strength test of concrete cubes, core cutting, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes, but excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete but excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B:-Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for PQC & RCC work)

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep Expansion Joints by fixing 25mm dia. & 450mm long M.S. round bars of SAIL/RINL/ TISCON at 300mm center to center including painting 275mm length of bars with anticorrosive paints and covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic sheathing, providing closely fitted HDPE/ G.I. Cap of 100mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220mm deep Joint filler Board (Shalitex or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the groove with bitumastic filter etc. all complete with supply of all labour, material, T&P, hire & running charges of all machinery, taxes, Port entry fees, VAT, etc. complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep Contraction Joints by fixing 25mm dia 450mm long Mild Steel round bars of SAIL/RINL/TISCON @300C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic seathing, providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, VAT, etc. complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85m deep Longitudinal Joints by fixing 10mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars of SAIL/RINL/TISCON @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc. complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Moorum of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading moorum over the approved surface, compacting with V.R.R including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses, cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc. all complete but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
