Dismantling and removing of all water supply and sanitary fittings as well as W/S and S/I line and also dismantling of brick masonry and cement plaster as per requirements, removal of debris from office with 10Km lead including cost of all labours ,T& P required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster with (1:6) for finished smooth to inside surface of brick walls in all floors racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. Complete. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing Vitrified Mat finished floor tile 600mm x 600mm size of approved make to floor surface confirming to drawing and designs set in 25mm thick bed of Cement Mortar (1:1) (1Cement : 1Sand) to proper line and plumb including cutting to required size and shade and fixing at corner splays and cambers etc. and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing & polishing with cost, carriage, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of EIC. (Tiles should be of Nitco/Kajari/Bell/Somany)

Providing and Fixing Suspended Calcium Silicate Board false ceiling (make as per specification, Saint Gobain / RAMCO Hilux) includes providing and fixing G I perimeter channels channels of 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another of 30mm and web of 27mm along the perimeter of the ceiling screw fixed to back wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves & screws at 610mm centres. The suspended G I intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G I cleat & steel expansion fasterners, Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having web of 51.5mm & flanges of 20mm each with lips of 10.5mm are than fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clips & in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channels with centres 8mm thick Calcium Silicate board is then fixed to ceiling section with 25mm wall screws at 230mm centres and joints are fixed with tape with finished smooth complete as per drawings and as per direction of EIC.

Providing 20mm thick of above 0.40 Sqm finished granite tile flooring of approved quality, colour and size in floors, treads on steps and landings in all floors at all height on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:1) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the tile with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the granite tile if required watering and curing for 21 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work including rubbing mechanically and wax polishing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion painting of approved shade (Washable type) to give an even shade to surface of wall, including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by EIC.( Paints of Berger/ ICI/ Nerolac to be used) .

Providing, fitting and fixing of 32mm thick BWR flush door both side laminated as per the specification complete with all materials, inclusive of all hardware material, hinges, nails, screws, doorknobs, handles, topper etc. including the cost of all materials, labour and T&P and overheads etc. complete. The exposed wood work shall be finished with automotive paint. two coats with primer. The rates also includes the cost of 40 x 25mm wooden beading for the partition in front of the door and finished with automotive paints and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of factory made UPVC 2-track Sliding / 3 track window / ventilator complete, comprising UPVC multi-chambered frame of size 67mm x 54mm with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2 mm ) having in-built UPVC roller track on top and uPVC sash of size 64mm x 47mm with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2 mm ) duly reinforced with G.I. section 1.2 mm (+/- 0.2mm), wherever required. All corners of frame and sash will be fusion welded. After placing 5 mm Clear Annealed glass in the sash, UPVC glazing bead, interlock, EPDM gasket, brush will be provided including hardware, i.e., touch lock and rollers & proper drainage system shall be provided. Window will be fixed to the wall with 100mm long and 8mm dia. Fasteners and complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Make Buityfy)

Supplying all materials, labour, T & P and fixing Wash Down Water closer (European type W.C. Pan) including WC Flush plate and maching Cistern with integral 'S' or ;P' trap to the floor or wall with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (1:1) etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge (KOHLER ODEON, Wall Hung Toilet, K-8752IN-S-O)

Supplying and Fixing of water closet, squatting pan (Indian type W.C pan) conforming to IS2556:Part3-2004 duly embedded in cement concrete(1:4:8) using hard granite metal 4cm nominal size all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fitting and fixing 10 liters capacity low level flushing cistern with a pair of cast iron or M.S brackets complete with fitting such as symphonic arrangements 15mm nominal size brass/pvc ball valve with polythine float CP brass handle, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, 40mm dia porcelain enameled flush bend, 12mm dia pvc inlet connection pipe including cutting holes and making good the same and connection the flush bend with cistern and closet and connection the inlet pipe with supply main etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.(Make:-Parryware/ Hind/ Cera.)
