Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement (M30 grade) concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropirate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect.

Supplying all materials labour, T&P for fitting and fixing of M.S display sign board of size 600mm x 450mm with vertical post of M.S angle size 50x50x6mm and other angle 40mm x 40mm x 6mm grouted in P.C.C (1:2:4) and board made out of M.S. Sheet (16 gauge) with necessary painting two coats over a coat of primer and writing letters of approved shed as directed by EIC.

Filling sand in F&P to be well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

C.C of prop (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including shuttering & cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work etc. as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete,watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth,providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities of all material,dismantling the centering,shuttering work after the period as specified by EIC and cost of all labour,T &P required for the work complete in all respect,excluding cost of reinforcement,binding wires and labour charges for bending,binding and tying the grills. in Base footing

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete,watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth,providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities of all material,dismantling the centering,shuttering work after the period as specified by EIC and cost of all labour,T &P required for the work complete in all respect,excluding cost of reinforcement,binding wires and labour charges for bending,binding and tying the grills. in Wall

Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work in all floors, including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including scaffolding, watering and curing etc. comp. with cost , conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer to wood / iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Burger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.)

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive cost of all labour T&P and required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, Providing, fixing weep holes in Brick masonry/ plain / reinforced concrete abutments / return walls with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of one vertical : 20 horizontal towards drainage face completeas per drawings and as per section 2200, 2700 ( Clause 2706) of technical specifications for Road & Bridge works MoRT&H (5th revision) & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

PCC M-15 grade concrete with 20mm down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including lowering,laying concrete to required levels, watering and curing finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC. In Open Foundation

Construction of R.C.C railing cast in situ of M-30 grade including cost of reinforcement true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical R.C.C. post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete as per approved drawing and section no. 1500, 1600, 1700 and 2703 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials / stone crushed aggregates to a thcikness not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment and return wall to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and clause 2200, 2504.2.2 of technical specifications for Road and Bridge works MoSRT&H (5th Revision) & 710.1.4 of IRC78 and as per direction of EIC.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete with grannular materials ,as per IRC-78 levelling and watering compacting in layers as per drawings and section 2200 of Technical Specification for Road & Bridge works MoSRT&H (5th revision) & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments with hard granite stones(15cm to 30cm) including ,scaffolding and cost conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P etc.required to complete the work as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fabicating welded water tight drainage spout assembly to dimensions shown on drawing of dia not less than 100mm with galvanized steel conforming to IS:226 & fixing in position with suitable fixtures at specified locations on bridge decks including painting two coats with bituminous paint sealed with sealant as per IS1834 around the spout to the deck slab as per clause 2705 of technical specification for road and bridge work MoSRTH (5th revision) as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying of boulder wall laid in wire crates of size 3m x 1.50m x 1.25m each divided into 1.5m compartment by cross netting with 4mm dia G I Wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (wooven diagonally) with double twist including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with hard stone boulders weighing not less than 25Kg each but exculding cost of stone as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301 of MoRD and as per direction of EIC.
