The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Head Architect: B.Arch with minimum 10 years of experience - Architect: B.Arch with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Building): B.Tech(Civil) with minimum 03 years of experience or Diploma(Civil) with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech(Electrical) with minimum 3 years of experience or Diploma(Elec) with minimum 5 years of experience For similar projects, the bidder should have completed projects in the last 10 years, with a maximum of 7.5 marks for each project based on merit. The bidder should also present a concept and schematic plan of the proposed project, with a maximum of 20 marks for each of the two options. The bidder should have a minimum of 70% of the desired experience to be considered, with 1.25 marks allotted if the bidder has more than the minimum 70% of the desired experience. The indicative project cost (INR) excluding GST is 3,92,40,000/-. The bidder's highest annual turnover in the last five financial years should be considered, with 5 marks for a turnover less than INR 1.00 Crore and 10 marks for a turnover equal to or above INR 1.00 Crore. The team composition, including key personnel with similar project experience, will be evaluated, with a maximum of 2.5 marks for each key member, and a total of 10 marks. Full marks will be given if the desired experience criteria are fulfilled. The bidder should submit the acceptance certificate of the respective clients along with the work order for similar projects. The bidder can score a maximum of 7.5 marks for each project based on merit, with a total of 30 marks for experience in the last 10 years ending March 2024.
