The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific roles with corresponding educational qualifications and years of experience: - Head Architect: B.Arch with minimum 10 years of experience - Architect: B.Arch with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Building): B.Tech(Civil) with minimum 03 years of experience or Diploma(Civil) with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech(Electrical) with minimum 3 years of experience or Diploma(Elec) with minimum 5 years of experience The bidder should have completed similar projects, with a maximum of 7.5 marks for each project based on merit, and a total of 30 marks for all projects. The bidder should showcase 4 similar projects (completed/ongoing) prepared by them and accepted by the client. In terms of the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least 4 similar projects, with a maximum of 7.5 marks for each project, and a total of 30 marks for all projects. The bidder should also score at least 70 marks in the technical evaluation to be considered for the financial evaluation. The bidder must have experience on its own as a partnership firm, and experience of individual partners will not be considered as experience of the partnership firm. The bidder is required to submit a list of completed similar assignments of building projects, including details such as the name of the assignment, client, contract value, and duration. The bidder should have a minimum of 70% of the desired experience to be allotted 1.25 marks, and full marks will be given if the desired experience criteria are fulfilled.
