Providing and Fixing Moistore Resistant (M-R) Gypsum False Ceilling Make which includes Gupsteel"ULTRA CRP surface ribbed perimeter channels ( having one flange of 20mm and other flange of 30mm and a web of 27 mm) along the perimeter of ceilling,screw fixed to brick wall/partion with the help of nylon sleeves and screw, at 610mm center.Then suspending Gypsteel'ULTRA CRP surface ribbed intermidiate channel size 45mm ( with two flange of 15mm each) from the sffit at 1220mm center with Gypsteel ULTRA CRP surface ribbed ceilling angle of width 25mmX10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners(Mfg by Saint Gobin Gyproc or equivelent).Then Gypsteel ULTRA CRP surface ribbed ceilling section of having web of 51.5mm and two flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.50mm are the fixed to Gypsteel"ULTRA intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the Gypsteel ULTRA intermediate channel at 457mm centers.Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge MR Gypboard (Basic Rate of MR Gyp Board Rs.33.95/sft) ( Confirming to IS 2095 part 11996) is then screw fixed to ceilling section with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centers.Screw fixing is done machanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.Finally tapered edges of the Gyp boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound,joint paper tape ( Excluding GST) the work is complete all respect as directed by Architect/Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing UPVC glazed sliding window with frames and shases shall be from white UPVC profile which shall have 3 hollow chambers from front to back depth of 65/118mm. All section of frame and shasesshall be reinforced with galvanized mild steelin single contineous length, window shall be such that glazing/ reglazing on site possible without the need to remove the outer frame from the structure of the building, The glazing must be used 5mm thick reflective glass complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
