The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing similar nature of works in the last 5 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,06,17,318.00 (40% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,32,71,648.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 2,12,34,637.00 (80% of bid value) or more. Alternatively, the bidder can also be considered if they have executed: - 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. - 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. - 1 similar nature of building work with MEP components, costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have prior experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of the work is more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with 10 marks for one project and 20 marks for two projects. The cost of the previous experience projects should be more than the bid value of this tender.
