The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder should have experience in: 1. Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,09,50,935.00 (40% of bid value) or more. 2. Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,36,88,669.00 (50% of bid value) or more. 3. One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 2,19,01,870.00 (80% of bid value) or more. The bidder should also have experience in construction of buildings inclusive of MEP components. However, lack of experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) will not be a disqualifying factor. Additionally, the bidder is required to have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of the work is more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for consideration, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The bidder must meet a minimum qualification criteria of 70 marks out of 100 to qualify for the opening of the Financial bid. The bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H., & Electrical works. The bidder should have experience in 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, and 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be furnished, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The base year for calculation is 2024-25. The bidder should also furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment's and have a minimum of 60% marks in Schedule-C, failing which the tender shall be liable for rejection. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level using an escalation factor, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the succeeding period. An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification. In case of percentage tender, if more than one bid is quoted at the same percentage less than the estimated cost, the Tender Accepting Authority will select the Bidder having the highest average Annual Financial Turnovers of immediately preceding consecutive three financial years. The bidder should submit audited Balance Sheets / Financial statements or Accounts certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN number of ICAI towards the proof of Turnover.
