- Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,09,23,131.00 (50% of bid value) or more.
- One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 1,74,77,009.00 (80% of bid value) or more.
The bidder must satisfy at least one of these conditions, and the experience should be in building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder can submit documentary evidence for a maximum of two projects, with the following marks allocation:
- One Project: 10 Marks
- Two Projects: 20 marks
Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with a total value of more than Rs 3 crores in the last five years. The bidder's past record of performance will also be taken into consideration.
