The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The cost of such works should be more than the bid value of this tender. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Alternatively, the bidder can also satisfy the condition by having: - 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, - 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. The bid value of this tender ranges from Rs.70.58 Lakh to Rs.973.02 Lakh. The bidder should have completed civil engineering construction work in the last 5 years, with a total value that can be certified by a Chartered Accountant. In terms of evaluation, a maximum of two projects will be considered, with one project worth 10 marks and two projects worth 20 marks. The annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be at least the bid amount after due indexing. The bidder should provide documentary evidence to support their statements, including audited balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, as well as a list of on-going works and details of works under progress.
