The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar nature of works each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value (Rs. 2,79,29,903.00). - Two similar nature of works each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value (Rs. 3,49,12,379.00). - One similar nature of work costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value (Rs. 5,58,59,807.00). The bidder should have completed similar nature of building works with MEP components, with each project costing more than the bid value of this tender. The evaluation of previous experience will consider one project (worth 10 marks) or two projects (worth 20 marks), with a maximum of two projects considered during the evaluation process. Additionally, the bidder's previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP should be more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder should also have annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years equal to the bid amount after due indexing. The total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years is to be furnished, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. A multiplying factor is applied to the value of completed works, depending on the year of completion. The bidder needs to provide details of works executed during the last five years and works in hand, including a list of on-going works, and a schedule of works completed, with actual figures of costs and amounts for the work executed by them.
