The bidder should have satisfactorily executed three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,06,40,991.20 (40% of bid value) or more, or two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,33,01,239.00 (50% of bid value) or more, or one similar nature of work costing Rs. 2,12,81,982.40 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be the bid amount after due indexing. The bidder should also have experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC). The bidder's experience and capability to execute and complete the work within the stipulated period will be evaluated through a technical presentation. The bidder is required to have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The bidder should provide documentary evidence to support their claims. The average turnover of that Public or Private Limited Company in last five financial years should not be less than Rs.50.00 Crore. The bid capacity of the qualified bidders meeting minimum qualification should be evaluated as per the formula: Bid Capacity : ‘C’ = A x N x 2 – B, where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering Works executed in any year in the preceding 5 years. There is also a mention of the bidder's experience in working in disturbed areas, which will be given preference by the corporation. Details of works executed during the last five years and works in hand are required to be provided by the bidder. The bidder needs to provide a list of on-going works as per bid documents. In case of works executed in Public or Private Limited Companies, the value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS certificates. The current price level for similar nature of work will be taken into consideration as per escalation factor. However, if the bidder does not have experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning(HVAC) shall not be disqualified.
