The required prior work experience for the bidder includes previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of the work is more than the bid value of the tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The experience requirements are as follows: 1. At least 1 similar nature of building work with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. 2. Alternatively, 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. 3. Alternatively, 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in: - 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. - 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the last five years, with the following requirements: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,04,06,773.00 (40% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,30,08,467.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 2,08,13,547.00 (80% of bid value) or more.
