The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the last 5 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar nature of works with MEP components, each costing Rs. 1,00,85,603.00 (40% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works with MEP components, each costing Rs. 1,26,07,004.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - One similar nature of work with MEP components, costing Rs. 2,01,71,207.00 (80% of bid value) or more. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for consideration, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The cost of the previous work should be more than the bid value of the tender. No escalation factor will be allowed for this condition. Additionally, the bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating the satisfactory completion of Civil, P.H., and Electrical works. The bidder should have experience in 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, and 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be furnished, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The base year for calculation is 2024-25.
