The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of works, which includes construction of buildings with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - One similar nature of work costing ₹ 2,52,22,191.00 (80% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works each costing ₹ 1,57,63,869.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - Three similar nature of works each costing ₹ 1,26,11,095.00 (40% of bid value) or more. The bidder should also have a total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with an annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years being the bid amount after due indexing. Additionally, the bidder should have working experience in similar nature of projects executed, which includes providing details of the contract price, items of work, date of starting and completion of the work, and reasons for delay, if any. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of bid value: ₹ 1,26,11,095.00 - 50% of bid value: ₹ 1,57,63,869.00 - 80% of bid value: ₹ 2,52,22,191.00 The bidder should furnish certificates from the concerned officer, detailing completed similar nature of works during the current or last five years. The average turnover of the Public or Private Limited Company in the last five financial years should not be less than ₹ 50.00 Crore. In the technical presentation, previous experience in execution of building works with MEP, with a cost of more than the bid value, will be evaluated. The evaluation will consider one project (10 marks) or two projects (20 marks), with a maximum of two projects considered. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction. The total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be furnished, and a certificate from a Chartered Accountant is required. The annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be the bid amount after due indexing. The bidder should have secured minimum 80% of marks for evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment's, failing which the tender shall be liable for rejection. The bidder is also required to furnish details of works executed during the last five years and works in hand. The works should be of a value above Rs 3.00 crore.
