The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder should have executed at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Specific values of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - 3 similar nature of works each costing ₹ 1,03,03,399.00 (40% of bid value) or more - 2 similar nature of works each costing ₹ 1,28,79,249.00 (50% of bid value) or more - 1 similar nature of work costing ₹ 2,06,06,798.00 (80% of bid value) or more The bidder's experience in execution of building works with MEP, where the cost is more than the bid value, is also considered with a maximum of two projects. The annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be at least the bid amount after due indexing. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average turnover of Rs. 50.00 Crore in the last five financial years if the bidder is a Public or Private Limited Company. The bidder should provide details of works executed during the last five years, including a list of completed and ongoing works, with specific information such as contract price, items of work, start date, stipulated completion date, and actual completion date.
