The required prior work experience for the bidder includes previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP components. The experience requirements are as follows: - One similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 2,17,20,807.00 or more. - Alternatively, two similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 1,35,75,504.00 or more. - Alternatively, three similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 1,08,60,403.00 or more. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for consideration, with marks allocation as follows: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least the bid amount after due indexing in any of the preceding 5 years. The bidder should also have experience in construction of buildings inclusive of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. However, lack of experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) will not be a disqualifying factor. Additionally, the bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H. & Electrical works. The statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed, should be countersigned by the Engineer-in-Charge. The bidder's experience in 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, and 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, is required. The bidder should also have completed works with a value of at least 50% and 80% of the bid value in similar nature of building works with MEP components.
