The required prior work experience for the bidder is in the execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The cost of such works should be more than the bid value of this tender. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. However, experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) is not mandatory. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the last five years, with the following requirements: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 97,17,552.00 (40% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,21,46,941.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 1,94,35,105.00 (80% of bid value) or more. The bid value of this tender ranges from Rs.70.58 Lakh to Rs.973.02 Lakh. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with one project worth 10 marks and two projects worth 20 marks. No escalation factor will be allowed in this condition. Documentary evidence is required to be enclosed to support the prior work experience. A statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, as well as the stipulated period of completion, countersigned by an executive engineer/divisional engineer/project manager or equivalent, should also be provided. The total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last 5 years, with a certificate from a chartered accountant, should also be provided.
