Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (25X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in column and beam having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 ) using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips ( 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. door,window, grill gate,ladder made out of M.S. flat and M.S. angle , M.S. square bar conforming to IS 1977/ 1975 of approved design and drawing (design and drawing to be supplied from the Engineer in charge) including drilling holes in frames etc supplying required size of M.S. screws and cutting grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) for 1st floor using 12 mm and down black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete with SIKA liquid and two coats of sikka latex primer watering and curing etc complete to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. ( with SIKA liquid and two coats of sikka latex primer )

Priming two coats with SBR latex/Sikka latex including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for chipping /chiseling of RCC surface for receiving of cement concrete including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made of alluminium section 9778 as windows frame , section no. 4095 ,4096 and 9777 ,3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bidding including all fitting & locking arrangement complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for re fixing of alluminium windows including cost,conveyance, royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Finishing wall surface with cement based wall putty of approved quality and make and finished smooth etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Priming one coat with af approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Painting to outside wall surface with weather coat (I.S.I) two coats on old work to give an even shade etc. complete including cost, conveyance , taxes of all materilas and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for fitting and fixing of syntex triple layer white virign plastick water tank of 2000l capacity approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes of all material & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for fitting and fixing of following PH items with brands ORIPLAST ( Sch 80) for pvc pipes,PARRYWARE for porcelin items,jaguar for CP fittings, TATA for MS/GI items with all required fittings as per P.H. specification including cost, conveyance, taxes of all material & cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour and material for cutting holes through brick wall and mending good the damages for taking PVC/GI pipes etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
