Supplying all labour for dismantling brick or stone masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (First floor)

RCC M20 grade in Foundation and Plinth, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs etc having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (first floor)

Supplying,fitting,fixing, and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforecement including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of false ceiling with alluminium anodized T-section No. 3215 with 2' center to center L-section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plugs and the alluminium grid 2' x 2' sustainded from ceiling with 12.5 mm thick gypsum board etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Cement concrete with (1:1.5:3) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (for minor repair works only)

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses as per drawing dsign and specification icluding cost of all mterial ,labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying all labour with T & P required for hoisting trusses and placing in position etc complete in all respects as per direction of EIC (AR 2006,P-224,Item no 1)

Supplying fitting fixing of precoloured Galvanised steel sheet of approved quality and dimension including hoisting,placing in position,fitting and fixing nuts and bolts etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge(JINDAL 0.5MM THICK)

Labour charges for Iron work wrought and put up in bolts of below 20mm dia below 150mm length including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour and T&p required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC. ( AR 2006, Page no 225,item no 6 )

Supplying all labour with T & P required for Drilling holes 12 mm to 25 mm dia in iron flats, angles, tees etc. of 6mm to 10mm thick with hand drill etc complete as per direction of EIC ( AR 2006, Page no 226,item no 7 )

Priming one coat with of approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge. (over wall surface)

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of excess earth / scrap materials by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
