Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in following menmbers having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 150 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 )using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over out side rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. Angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and placing in position as per design and drawing (design and drawing to be supplied from the Engineer in charge) including drilling holes in frames etc supplying required size of M.S. screws and cutting grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing concentrina coil fencing with punched tape concentrina coil 600 mtr dia 10 mtr openable length (Total length 90 mtr) having 50 nos rounds per 6 mtr length upto 3 mtr height of the wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 mtr apart and with 9 mtr horizontal RBT (Reinforced barbed wire) stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per all complete as per direction of EIC with reiforcement barbed tape/ spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire tensile strength of 165 kg/sqm with ape (0.52mm) thick and weight 43.478 gm/mtr(cost of MS angle paid separately)

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. door,window, grill gate,ladder made out of M.S. flat and M.S. angle , M.S. square bar conforming to IS 1977/ 1975 of approved design and drawing (design and drawing to be supplied from the Engineer in charge) including drilling holes in frames etc supplying required size of M.S. screws and cutting grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for scraping out old paints with scrapers including sandpapering & washing the surface with soap/soda water including cost,conveyance, taxes of all material & cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

One coat primer to the newly plastered surface with good quality primer with watering,curing including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Two coat weather coat of approved shade ( burger make) over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Supplying all labour and T&P for removal and disposal of debris , surplush earth and other excavated materials etc by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same with head load 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation including cost, conveyance of all labours with T&P as required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.
