Cement Concrete work of proportion (1:4:8) in bed of foundation / basement of floor etc. using 40mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick compacted to required depth suitable to drawing and design for the site with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) in Footing, footing,Column, stem and column upto plinth using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design of the structural member at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of centering and shuttering but excluding cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and Making Re-enforcing Grills for RCC works with MS rod,tor-steel of required diameter and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position suiting to the form-work for RCC structural member as per the drawing and design at site including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.(Payment shall be made on weight of MS rod/tor-steel only and no separate payment for binding wires)

Brick masonry works with cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure using Fly-Ash bricks of size 23cm X 11cmX 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 2% and immersing the bricks for six hours before use in masonry work with splays, cutting, corbelling, chamfering, circular moulding and similar such type of works , watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, Supplying, fitting & fixing of "U" Angl over the top of the Boundary wall made with M.S Angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm for a total length of 1.8 meter per each , to make the angle in U shape by cutting & welding the angle & drilling holes 5 nos in each U angle including supplying of all labour and T&P required for the work with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Providing Supplying, Fitting, Fixing M.S. Grill and Grill Gates etc made with M.S. Angle, Chennel, Flat to suitable dimension at the occasion at the site fabricated as per approved design and drawing with cutting, turning, welding, providing holes/grooves as per necessity, fitted with locking arrangements, handles etc, dully fixed at the opening in proper position with clamps well embedded in masonry walls/ RCC members with C.C.(1:1½ :3), finished with 12mm CP(1:3) etc complete including cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

12mm thick Sand and Cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth over smooth surfaces of brick masonry walls including racking out the joints with watering and curing etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

16mm thick Sand and Cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls including racking out the joints with watering and curing etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Cement Washing one coat with good quality port land cement and water properly mixed, washed and finished over plastered surfaces after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer over plastered surface of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing for Weather coat two coats of approved quality, make and shade washed and finished smooth over exterior surfaces of wall etc after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer for Iron works of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Painting two coats with Enamel Paint to wood & Iron works of approved quality, make and shade, painted and finished smooth after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, Fitting Concertina Coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openable length (total 90mtr.) having 50 nos rounds per 6m. Length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron U shaped placed 2.4m or 3.0m apart and with 9 horizontal RBT reindored barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necesssary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as the direction of EIC, with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165Kg/Sqm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weught 43.478gm/mtr including supplying of all labour and T&P required for the work with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Providing and Supplying for Removal and Disposal of surplus earth, debries, garbages etc with mechanical means like transportation by Truck /Tractor with loading and unloading of the materials to a distance up to 5 Kms etc complete including cost of Transportation charges and labour with T&P for collecting, loading, unloading, removal & disposal in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
