Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC M20 grade in Foundation and Plinth, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs etc having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing, and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforecement including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) with punning finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fitting to wall or ceiling and floor rigid 1"dia UPVC Pipes Class IV (8kgf/cm2) / Class III (6 Kg/sm2) conforming to IS 4985:2000 and pipe fittings of the following nominal bore with clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor all complete as per specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete with (1:1.5:3) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (for minor repair works only)

Clearing shrub jungles uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1M girth on premeasurement. of approved quality and dimensionincluding cost, conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in Chage.

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of excess earth by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
