Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with RCC (1:1.5:3) in foundation and floors,column base, stem, plinth bend, using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in Column & Tie Beam having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 150 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze, molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over out side rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with weather coat (I.S.I) 2 coat WEATHER COAT ASIAN 8564 sweet dreams ( Apex)paint on wall surface over a coat of primer of berger make with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge.(Data for10.00 Sqm.)For Ground Floor.

Painting two coats with alumunium paints over a coat of primer to iron doors and windos with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Supplying all labour & T&P for clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees bellow 1 m gridth etc complete with all cost taxes labour and T&P as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Supplying fitting, fixing of M.S. Y angles 50 X 50 X 6 mm size straightening to 1.5 M length including cost of all materials with all T&P etc. all complete. As per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of concertna coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 mtr openable length ( total length 90 mtr having 50 nos, rounds per 6 mtr length upto 3 mtr height of wall with existing angle iiron v shaped placed 2.4 mtr to 3.00 mtr apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire stud tied with GI staples and G.I Clips to retain horizontal ,including necessary ,bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron, ALL complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge with reinforced barbed wire R.B.T Spring core (2.5mm thick ) wire of high tensile strenth of 165kg/sqm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.478 gm /mtr cost of M.S angleC.C blocks shall be paid separetely including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering & ramming as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying all labour and T&p for removal of debris , surplus earth and other excavated amterials etc. by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same head load with 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation cost and conveyance of all labours and t&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.
