Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC M20 grade in Foundation and Plinth, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs etc having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of Filling bitumen and cement and jute fibre with thermacoal in expansion joints inclusive of cost of materials, bitumen and cement proportion (3:1) including cleaning before pouring 12mm to 25mm and 15cm depth. of approved quality and dimensionincluding cost, conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in Chage.

6 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing, and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforecement including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of excess earth by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour for dismantling cement concrete including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Y-angle of 50mm X 50mm X 6mm angle section including cost of materials, labour, taxes, cost conveyance, T&P as required etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Concertina Coil Fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 Mtr openable length (toal length 90M), having 50 nos rounds per 6 M length, upto 3 M height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 M or 3.00 M apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) ad weight 43.478 gm/meter (cost of M.S. angle, CC blocks shall be paid separately)

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints to iron / wooden doors and windos with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Priming one coat with of approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge (over iron work)

Priming one coat with of approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge. (over wall surface)

Wall painting two coats with weather shield coat of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.
