Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:4 ) in F & P using fly ash bricks of size (23 X 11 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete with (1:2:4) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) with cement punning finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in in following RCC members having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 ) using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips ( 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T & P required for construction of manhole chamber of dimension ( (03' .0 X 0.3" X 0.3") including earth work in all kinds of soil, laying CC(1:3:6) on bed using 25.4 to 50.80mm metal ,benching with CC (1:2:4) using 25.4 to 38.1mm chips ,first class FB brick work in cement mortar (1:4),12.7mm cement plaster on inside surface of man hole and benching, cement flush pointing in (1:3) on the out side of man hole chamber, providing 19.05mm MS or CI step iron, providing RCC roof slab in cc(1:2:4) using 12mm size chips, laying reinforcement as per specification, providing CI manhole cover with two coats of black anti corosive paints, refilling the cavity arround manhole cover with excavated material including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying of all materials and all labour with T&P for Gully Trap chambers of inside dimension (1'0"x1'0"x1'0") with RCC sover slab in sewerage system with earth work in all kinds of soil cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm size h.b.c.g. granite chips for bendhing hunching and channeling, F.C. F.B. Brick masonary in cement mortar 1:6: in F&P for walling cement plaster 1:4 cement flush pointing 1:4 as per necessity with neat cement punning, including cutting holes etc. duly connected with sewerage pipe line in proper slope and grade etc. complete with successful test conducted watering and curing including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for fitting and fixing of following PH items with brands ORIPLAST ( Sch 80) for pvc pipes, NYCER,PARRYWARE for porcelin items, PLAZA or jaguar for CP fittings, TATA for MS/GI items with all required fittings as per P.H. specification including cost, conveyance, taxes of all material & cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour & T&P for making Septic Tank for 25 users having dimension 10'0 X 6'0" X 6'5" including earth work in all kinds of soil, laying CC(1:3:6) on bed using 25.4 to 50.80mm metal ,benching with CC (1:2:4) using 25.4 to 38.1mm chips ,first class FB brick work in cement mortar (1:4),12.7mm cement plaster on inside surface of man hole and benching, cement flush pointing in (1:3) on the out side of man hole chamber, providing 19.05mm MS or CI step iron, providing RCC roof slab in cc(1:1.5:3) using 12mm size chips, laying reinforcement as per specification, providing CI manhole cover with two coats of black anti corosive paints, refilling the cavity arround manhole cover with excavated material including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of excess earth by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
