12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over outside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls c with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth on RCC surface etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

One coat Cement washing to the newly plastered surface with good quality of Portland cement with watering,curing including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Priming one coat with af approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Painting two coats with weather shield coat on wall surface with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade (BRAND-ASIAN paint 7907 candle wick) over wall surface over a coat of primer finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made of alluminium section 9778 as windows frame , section no. 4095 ,4096 and 9777 ,3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bidding including all fitting & locking arrangement complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing of alluminium door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member ,9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom & middle member and 12mm thick prelaminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing of alluminium door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member ,9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom & middle member with 6mm thick black glass at top and 12mm thick marine ply at bottom fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting & fixing of false ceiling with Armstrong silhouette main runner, cross tee, wall angle with fine fissured RH-99 board on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw, Pvc plug & the Arm strong grid 2'0" x 2'0" suspended from ceiling etc completed

Providing for supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make and of approved quality and shade laid on floors using 25mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:4) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) with two coat primer of sika Latex and Sika liquid for mixing in cement using 12 mm and down black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge(Including chicken wire mesh)

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in Chajja having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 150 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips where 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth to roof ceiling etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour and T&p for finishing wall surface with cement based wall putty of approved quality and make and finished smooth incluiding cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance nad txes of all labour nad t&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying fitting fixing of hydraulic two speeds door closer of approved quality and dimension etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 36 watt LED recessed light fittings of size 600mmx600mm of phillips/wipro /equivalent make etc complete.The lights should be hooked with ceiling separtely including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour and T&P for removal and disposal of debris , surplush earth and other excavated materials etc by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same with head load 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation including cost, conveyance of all labours with T&P as required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.
