Providing, Supplying for cleaning the existing WBM Road surface including removal of loose materials and other foreign materials with air brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finaly dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive concrete pavement treatment for road work including cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Cement Concrete work of proportion (1:3:6) in bed of foundation / basement of floor etc. using 40mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick compacted to required depth suitable to drawing and design for the site with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) in RCC Foundation, footing of columns and stem upto plinth level using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips pf approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design of the structural member at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of centering and shuttering but excluding cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, Supplying, fitting, fixing of thermocool between the expansion joints of concrete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & laying moorum in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm thick with watering and compacting with PRR to attain required density in Road Work to obtained the compacted thickness of 100mm etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories with hire and running charges for PRR and likewise machinaries and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing supplying, laying and spreading IRC Gr-III Metal (53mm to 22.4mm) in road work and compacting the same to Water Bound Macadam specification ( WBM) including spreading in uniform thickness layers of 115mm compacted to 100mm with three wheeled steel road roller (8-10 Tonnes) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the inter stices of coarse agreegates with watering to required density etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories with hire and running charges for PRR and likewise machinaries and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Precast Slab made with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work (1:1½ :3) in using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength with cost of centering, shuttering and cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and Making Re-enforcing Grills for RCC works with MS rod,tor-steel of required diameter and binding wares of 18 to 20 gauge with straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position suiting to the form-work for RCC structural member as per the drawing and design at site including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.(Payment shall be made on weight of MS rod/tor-steel only and no separate payment for binding wares)

Providing supplying fitting & fixing of R.S. Joists ( ISHB 200 i.e. 200mm x 200mm) in making cattle prevention device in front/ back of entry/exit gates etc. including cutting , welding, bolting, jointing including making holes and finishing the device to proper shape and size, putting/placing in proper position at the site confirming to drawing and design etc. complete as per IS standards including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing supplying fitting & fixing of G.I Pipe of 6" dia ( Tata-Heavy) in making cattle prevention device in front/ back of entry/exit gates etc. duly laid over ISHB in proper position at site confirming to drawing & design including cutting , welding, bolting, jointing including making holes and finishing the device complete as per IS standards including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and Supplying for Removal and Disposal of surplus earth, debries, garbages etc with mechanical means like transportation by Truck /Tractor with loading and unloading of the materials to a distance up to 5 Kms etc complete including cost of Transportation charges and labour with T&P for collecting, loading, unloading, removal & disposal in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
