Supplying and fixing of modular wardrobe with door(s) and one mirror fixed on door with 600 mm Depth (+/10%) made up of HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) Board with approve shade of 1 mm laminate at expose side & inside 0.8 mm laminate (Total finished board thickness - 18mm) of approved shade and approved design unit. All laminates has to be hot pressed with D3 glue (jowat/Henkel/Kleiberit Glue), the said storage should have two side panels & a bottom Panel & a Top. It should be provided with a back panel made out of 6 mm thickness both side laminated board. It should have multiple shutters according to the length. The wardrobe should be provided with shutters mounted on to the cabinets by full overlay auto shut Hinges. All hinges and steel will be of SS304 grade. It should be provided with internal shelves for storage & top side provision for hanging cloths. It should be provided with handles with lock. All exposed edges should be mechanically edge banded by PVC tape and hotmelt glue. It should have lockdown arrangement for fitting. It should be provided with 100 mm plinth adjuster on the bottom. All hardware fittings will be of Hettich/Hafele/Ebco make. The dimension for length and height shall be as per individsal site and particular room requirement. The wardrobe may be of either two door or three door confirming to the above specifciation as per individual site and room requirement. The bidder is requested visit each site prior to submission of bid and manufacturing. (To be installed at quarters, Hostel, Guest House, Hospital, School, Office Building etc. as per site requirement)
