The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 642.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 257.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should possess a required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works of value not less than Rs. 385.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years, and the value of these works will be considered after applying a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the current price level. Experience in Similar works and Experience in Similar major item of works are required. The bidder is required to have completed similar work as per the Detailed Tender Call Notice (DTCN). The documents to be furnished for bidding include completed similar work as per DTCN, experience in completion of similar major items of work as per DTCN, and a schedule showing similar work experience.
