The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, which includes composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 362.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells, with a value of not less than Rs. 145.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above, and also executed similar electrical works with a value of not less than Rs. 217.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 286 nos bore well, the minimum quantity required to qualify would be 0.4 x 286 x 12/6 = 229 nos bore well. The bidder should have satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 5 years, with a weightage of 10% per year given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder is required to furnish proof of completion of such works, supported by a certificate from an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or any other competent authority. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, with a minimum of Rs. 181.00 Lakhs. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages.
