The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work of value not less than Rs. 319.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 128.00 lakh, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works towards erection of HT and LT distribution System and distribution Sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification in Government programme as a prime contractor of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 192.00 Lakh, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of similar work. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 250 nos bore well, the minimum quantity required to qualify would be 0.4 x 250 x 12/6 = 200 Nos bore well. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in Bore Well schemes, machinery, and equipment, and demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. The bidder needs to provide information on "Completed similar work as per DTCN" and "Experience in completion of similar major items of work as per DTCN", and fill out Schedule - A, which is for "Similar Work experience". The values mentioned are: - Rs. 319.00 Lakhs (40% of the proposed contract value) - Rs. 128.00 lakh (40% of the value mentioned above) - Rs. 192.00 Lakh (60% of the value mentioned above) - 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution - 80% of the original contract value of similar work - 10% per year weightage on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years.
