The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, such as composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 642.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells, with a value of not less than Rs. 257.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their sub-contractor should have executed similar electrical works, such as erection of HT and LT distribution systems, with a value of not less than Rs. 385.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of similar work in the last five years, from FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, as indicated at Schedule-A, and experience in similar major item of works, as indicated at Schedule-B(B). The bidder should provide documents on similar work experience, which includes SCHEDULE - A, showing details of similar work experience. The bidder is required to have sufficient work experience in Bore Well scheme/machinery and equipment required for execution of the work. The bidder should have completed similar major items of work, and the information for this should be provided using the prescribed standard Forms, specifically in SCHEDULE-A and SCHEDULE-B(B) of SECTION 2(H). The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. To qualify for a package, the bidder must have experience of similar works completed, with a weightage of 10% per year given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated, and it should be more than the total estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also furnish documents for calculation of bid capacity as per clause 2.33.4.5, and provide similar work experience as in SCHEDULE-A. The minimum working capital requirement is Rs. 321.00 Lakhs, which is 20% of the amount put to tender.
